Hi guys, hope all is well at Bourchier St. We are here in Venice, Italy, and it is like nothing I’ve ever seen before! There are no cars or buses, I don’t think I’ve even seen a bike! There are canals everywhere so public transport is by boat. You mainly walk around so you’re feet are very sore by the days end. There are gondolas on the canals too but it’s very expensive. They are €80 for 40 minutes. The ‘streets’ are all alleyways and it’s so easy to get lost. It is a guarantee, actually. Lucky there are small signs on most corners that (sort of) point you in the right direction. If you keep following them you will eventually get where you’re going. The gelato is good here. Bit hard to find some fruit but we managed to! Until next time.
